• If an order is canceled due to a pricing or availability issue, a refund will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Sagwara: Same-day delivery is available.
• Dungarpur: Same-day delivery is available, but only in specific areas.
• Other Cities: Delivery takes 1-7 days, depending on location and logistics partners.
• Niyant Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• No warranty is provided for any jewelry items.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
• Dungarpur: Returns or exchanges must be made on the same day of delivery.
• Other Cities: No replacements or exchanges are available for orders outside of Dungarpur.
• Customized or personalized jewelry items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
